What to wear on stage

Performance Attire Tips for Our Performances

As you prepare for one of the many FBAA performances through out the year, here are some things to consider:

Your attire plays a big role in creating a polished and confident stage presence. Think “stage-ready,” not everyday wear.

Dress as you would for a special performance or photo shoot.

Hair, makeup, and outfit should feel neat and intentional.
Shoes are part of the look — please avoid flip-flops or very casual sandals.

Choose clothing that is comfortable and allows for movement on stage.

Remember: this is a performance, not a casual outing. What you wear should reflect the importance of the moment and show pride in your work.

Let your outfit match your song!
Consider the style and mood — festive, classic, elegant, or fun looks are all welcome when they support the music and holiday theme.

Below are a few outfit ideas from past shows to help guide your look.

Thank you for helping us create a beautiful and professional show for everyone involved.
